Working with Jason Rasnake was as excellent experience. He made what I knew/expected to be a complicated process into a simple one. Jason re-created my site quickly and at a very reasonable price.
My web site was 13 years old and needed, at the least, a minor revision but ideally needed extensive update/revision. Since this site was on an extinct platform, I knew it needed to be re-created on a new platform site. Three other companies gave me solutions that were extremely complicated and that were way beyond what I requested in functionality. Just as concerning, was their high price and long time frame.
I decided to check Nextfly before accepting one of the other companies. Jason from Nextfly contacted me. During our first call, he totally understood that I did not want or need all of the functionality the other firms had presented. He also explained that there were other ways to provide a site that I needed. Jason listened to what I explained and then provided it. His suggestions to my requests greatly improved what I thought was prefect. This was regarding both stating my info/product/solution and flow of the site.
Jason was also totally patient to my many questions. My being overly analytical, creates questions upon questions. Jason quickly and kindly answered each of them with the detail I needed.
Jason’s response time and his result time is impressive. He would usually return a call or e-mail the same day and always within 24 hours. Most changes and revisions would be completed within 24 hours even though I told him any time that week would be fine.
The net of this is to say that Jason provided a solution that understood what I needed. The solution and my web site is far better than I planned and it was far lower in cost than I was quoted elsewhere.
